The project is aimed at young people aged 16 and over from all over Europe who want to share their talents and advocate for positive social change. A winner is selected annually in a competition, regardless of gender. The jury evaluates the participants in three categories:

1. Performance and talent

2. Message or context of the vision

3. "X-factors" such as social media presence and charisma.
   

Whether someone sings, dances, writes, composes poetry, juggles football, plays basketball, or performs magic – participants should combine their talents with their message as creatively as possible, so that people both understand the message and are entertained. Regular content will be produced starting with the roadshows so that followers can always stay up-to-date on the program.

Online video submissions are accepted from June 13th to August 27th. The first meeting will take place on August 30th at Massif Central , starting at 4 pm, and will offer participants the opportunity to present themselves and participate in the first workshop. From August until the end of October, participants will receive workshops and coaching to further develop their skills and visions. After two months of workshops and community events, the participants will compete for the title of "Democracy Ambassador" in the grand finale at the beginning of November.

The winner receives a €1000 voucher and support for the entire year. They are encouraged to further develop their projects or visions, receiving assistance in communication, organization, and advocacy. The initiative aims to foster a culture where young people can showcase their talents without fear and advocate for a society that upholds democracy. The project hopes to have a positive impact and serve as a model for other cities in Europe. It's intended to be the "talk of the town," an event that people are proud to celebrate when their friends participate in Democracy Ambassadors.
